Hello there!

I’m Chloë Snowdon, founder of The Cyclical Path. I’m a certified menstrual cycle coach, helping people reconnect with their cycle.

If your cycle has ever left you confused, frustrated, or full of questions, you are not alone. Let’s talk about what no one talks about!

Maybe you are tired of feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or strangely disconnected from your own body. Maybe your hormones feel unpredictable, your energy crashes at the worst times, or you are simply looking for answers.

You are not “too sensitive.” You are not “bad at coping.” You do not need to endlessly “just power through”.

This space is for you if you are ready to:

  • Get clear on what’s happening in your body each month

  • Identify small, sustainable changes that support your wellbeing all cycle long

  • Build a relationship with your body that feels steady, compassionate, and informed

Together, we’ll help you reconnect with your cycle in a way that fits your real life.

Growing up in the UK, I received next to no education on my menstrual cycle and was led to believe it was something which should remain a closely guarded secret, something to keep hidden. As a teenager, I barely paid attention to my cycle beyond noticing how embarrassing and disruptive my period felt. I spent my twenties on the pill, managing my body in a way that made life feel simpler and more predictable. I understood some of the trade‑offs but I loved the control it gave me!

When I stopped taking the pill at the start of my thirties, I felt lost. I hadn’t had a natural menstrual cycle or period for such a long time, and I didn’t know how to live in a body that moved through four unique phases each month. I kept trying to show up the same way every single day; pushing, performing, pretending nothing had changed. But I was left feeling stressed out and exhausted. My cycles became irregular and this confused and alienated me from my body.

Without really knowing what I was doing, I started tracking my cycle in a bit more detail than just noting when my period came. I was amazed to realise how each day of my cycle was different - physically, mentally and emotionally. That was when my interest in menstrual cycle awareness really began!

As I learned more, I discovered that understanding each phase of my cycle, and knowing what to expect, gave me back some of that control I felt I lost when I came off the pill. It also helped me to recognise how my energy shifted across my cycle and I was able to adapt my plans, routines and expectations according to how I knew I would be feeling. I didn’t overhaul my life, but started to make small, simple shifts that made a huge difference to my energy and stress levels, and overall wellbeing. For the first time in my life, I was truly living in and listening to my body. And, slowly but surely, my cycle began to regulate itself.

Now, I help others find those small but powerful shifts that can make all the difference as they navigate that cyclical path they walk each month.

Who I work with

I support anyone who has experienced a menstrual cycle - whether you currently have one or not. If you see yourself in any of the below, you’re in the right place:

  • (Considering) coming off hormonal contraception. You want guidance, reassurance, and a way to find your rhythm again without feeling overwhelmed, confused, or alone in the process.

  • Curious about your biology, cycle tracking, or improving your cycle experience. You are ready to learn what is actually happening in your body each month, want to know how to track your cycle, and how to begin making those tiny shifts that will improve your overall experience of your cycle, and your life.

  • Not currently bleeding but want to find your cyclical path again. Whether your cycle is absent due to health, stress, contraception, or life circumstances, you still want to feel connected to your body’s inner rhythm.

  • Struggling with irregular cycles, period pain, PMS, or a menstrual condition. You would like to support your mind and body through these difficult experiences.

  • Approaching, or navigating, perimenopause. You want to gain clarity and confidence around your changing cycles and the path ahead to menopause.

What working with me looks like

Everyone’s journey is unique, and together we will formulate a path depending on your needs, wants and intentions. Our sessions are designed to help you better understand your body and to use that knowledge in a way that genuinely supports your daily life. Depending on the support you are looking for, we might explore things like:

  • Tracking your cycle in a way that actually makes sense for you. Not just marking period days, but learning how to gather the insights that matter most to your body and lifestyle.

  • Understanding the four phases of your cycle and what they mean for you personally. We’ll look at how your energy, mood, and needs shift, and how you can make gentle adaptations that support you through each phase.

  • Interpreting your body’s symptoms with more clarity and confidence. Instead of feeling confused, we will start to unpick what your body is communicating - and think about how you can respond with care, instead of frustration.

  • Identifying where in your cycle you thrive, and where you need more support. Together, we’ll explore how to make the most of your feel-good, high‑energy days and how you can begin to soften, rest, or adjust expectations when your body asks for it.

  • Exploring how the rest of your life impacts your cycle. Stress, sleep, movement, nutrition and routines all play a role in your cycle health. We’ll look at what small, realistic shifts could help improve your energy, mood, and symptoms.

“Chloë taught me so much about my cycle as well as how to tune into my body to understand my needs in each menstrual cycle phase. I learnt so many things about myself, including how to challenge my own thinking, thanks to her gentle and practical guidance. I cannot recommend Chloë’s coaching services enough!”
